This is the headline on the card, the popup and what search matches.
Matches this pin to a row in an uploaded spreadsheet. Leave blank for hand-added properties.
Administration
Projects can be archived but never deleted from here. Archiving hides a
project from everyone's switcher and keeps every property, comment and status
change intact. Permanently destroying a project's data is done directly in the
database, deliberately outside this app.
Tick a project to give someone access to it. People can change statuses and leave
comments on projects they're on; only administrators can add, edit or remove
properties. A project someone isn't on is invisible to them — not greyed out.
Give a region a border by pasting its corner points. Once a border exists,
properties inside it can have their region set automatically — useful after
a spreadsheet upload that had no region column.
The first status is what new and imported properties start on.
The field the size slider filters on — RBA on the prospecting
maps, Total Building Size on the Etobicoke sheet.
New project
Editable afterwards under Project setup.
A new project starts empty. Populate it with Upload spreadsheet, or add
properties one at a time.

Rows are matched on PropertyID, so re-uploading an updated sheet refreshes
the pins that already exist instead of creating duplicates. Rows without a
PropertyID are always added as new.
Tell the app what each spreadsheet column means. Anything left as
Extra detail still gets stored and shown on the property, it just isn't
used for filtering or placing the pin.
Also update statuses from this file
Off by default, so a re-upload can't wipe the team's progress. Tick it only
when you've deliberately changed the Status column and want those changes
applied. Values that aren't in this project's status list get flagged and
skipped. Bulk changes are recorded as one entry in the access log rather
than as per-property history.

Region border
Latitude and longitude in either order — they're told apart by value, so
a reversed paste still works. Tabs or commas both fine, so a column pair
copied straight out of Excel works too, as does a KML
<coordinates> blob. Three points minimum.
